Bashfulbook bee has the found the sweetest book about trust.  Can I Tell You a Secret? by Anna Kang.  The little frog Monty in the book has a BIG SECRET.  Fearing he will disappoint his parents he holds his secret inside.  In the story,  he finally shares his secret with a friend. The person reading the book is Monty's new friend. He explains his fear, and the friend encourages him to talk to his parents.  After lot's of encouragement from the friend, he finally after a lot of attempts tells his parents.  The joy of the story is, of course,  that his parents knew all along. With their help, they face his fear head on....Monty learns no more secret's from his parents!~  This book has heart, thinking, challenges, great moral, and the artwork is GREAT.
