With our Texas weather hinting at Spring one minute and cold as the dead of winter the next, BashfulBookBee wants to recommend a book to you this week that hints at both.

David Soman, with illustrations by Jacky Davis, has created a cute little series around an imaginative little girl who likes to call herself Ladybug Girl.  David started his series with Ladybug girl in 2008.

After a few challenges, Ladybug girl emerges with her basset hound Bingo, to find out there is a bright side to each challenge.
